Get your booking page live in a few minutes.

For business owners using Splendid Booking. If you're a customer with a question about an appointment, please contact the business directly.

Quick start — 5 minutes

  1. Sign up. Go to splendidbooking.com/signup and fill the form. Pick your industry, business name, a short subdomain (e.g. acmecarpet), a 2–4 letter booking code prefix, timezone, brand color, public contact info, and an owner email + password. Accept the terms and click Create my booking page. You'll be logged into your new admin automatically.
  2. Pick a starter template. In the admin, click the Catalog tab. You'll see a "Get a head start" panel with five cards: Auto detailing, Carpet & upholstery cleaning, Hair & braiding, Barber shop, or Start blank. Click the closest fit. Your catalog fills in two seconds.
  3. Edit your services and prices. Rename services to match what you actually offer, fix the prices on each option, and add or remove options. If you have extras (deodorizer, hot towel, etc.), add them as Add-ons and tick which services they apply to.
  4. Set your hours. Scheduling tab. Set Team size — how many appointments you can handle at the same time (1 if it's just you, 3 if you have 3 chairs/vans/etc.). Add time slots (e.g. one slot every hour, or two long slots per day). Turn on the days of the week you work.
  5. Optional: add your team. Staff tab. Pick how your team works: Just a number (solo or a small crew — capacity is the Team size from the Scheduling tab), Team — we assign the jobs (customers book a time, never a person; new bookings arrive Unassigned and you dispatch a team member from the booking drawer — right for carpet crews, detailers, cleaners), or Team — customers choose (the booking page shows your people and the customer picks — right for salons, barbers, braiders). In both team modes, capacity is one appointment per active team member per slot. See Your team below for logins.
  6. Fill your business info. Settings tab. Verify your contact email + phone (these appear on confirmation emails to your customers). If your business is at a fixed location or both, add your business address.
  7. Preview and share. Back at the top of the admin, the green "Your booking page is live" banner gives you a Copy link button. Send the link to yourself, try a test booking on your phone, then cancel it. Then share the link wherever your customers find you — Instagram bio, text, business card, email signature.

Your team — logins, permissions, dispatch

  1. Give a team member their own login. On their card in the Staff tab, open 🔑 Login access. Either Send invite (they get an email with a link to set their own password — you also get the link to text them) or set a temporary password yourself. They sign in at yourname.splendidbooking.com/staff/ on their phone and see only their own appointments — never your revenue, settings, or other people's schedules.
  2. Grant exactly the access you want. Four switches per person, each one yours to flip anytime: see customer contact details; act on their bookings (mark complete, add notes); manage their own hours and days off; see their own earnings. Deactivate locks them out instantly — mid-session, one click — and Reactivate lets them back in. Nobody keeps access you didn't choose.
  3. Dispatch jobs (team — we assign mode). New bookings show an amber Unassigned tag. Open the booking, click Assign, pick a team member — they instantly get an email with the customer, time, address, and notes, and the job lands on their calendar feed and portal. The app blocks you from double-booking someone or assigning a person who blocked that day off.
  4. Family running the business with you? Give them a partner login instead (Admins tab): they see and handle all bookings, and you can turn on Booking emails so they're emailed every new job the moment it lands. Same one-click revoke if you ever need it.
