These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between RJ Auto and Car Detailing LLC ("Splendid Booking," "we," "us," or "our") and the business or individual that creates an account ("you," "your," or "Customer"). They govern your access to and use of the Splendid Booking platform at splendidbooking.com and its subdomains (the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Splendid Booking is a multi-tenant, white-label appointment-booking platform. It lets you publish a branded booking page, define your services, prices, options, and intake questions, accept bookings from your end customers, manage your schedule, and send transactional and reminder emails. We provide the software; you operate your own business on it.

We may suspend or limit accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or others.
As between you and us, you own the data you and your end customers submit ("Customer Data"). You are the controller of your end customers' personal information; we act as your processor and handle that data only to provide the Service. Our processing commitments are in the Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into these Terms. You are responsible for providing your end customers with any required privacy notices and for the lawful basis of collecting and contacting them.
Splendid Booking is offered on a flat-rate subscription. While in early access the Service is provided free of charge; we will give reasonable advance notice before any paid plan begins, and you may cancel before being charged. When billing is active, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We perform maintenance and deploy updates; brief interruptions may occur.
We and our licensors own the Service, its software, and its look and feel (excluding your branding and Customer Data). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain all rights in your trademarks, logos, and Customer Data and grant us only the rights needed to operate and provide the Service.
You can export your tenant data (bookings, customers, catalog, settings) at any time from the admin portal. After termination we will, on request made within 30 days, make a final export available; after that window we may delete your data in the ordinary course, subject to backup-retention cycles and the DPA.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. You are responsible for your own legal and tax compliance in operating your business.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, your messages to end customers, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by us.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email or in the admin portal) and update the version and date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.
