Your phone, answered. Even with your hands full.
A receptionist that picks up the calls you can’t, quotes your real prices, and books the appointment into your calendar. Then texts you what happened.
It doesn’t just take a message. It takes bookings too.
Voicemail loses the customer to the next shop on the list. This answers like a person who knows your prices and your calendar, because it is reading both.
Quotes your real menu.
Every price comes from the same catalog your booking page uses. Change a price in your portal and the phone quotes the new one on the next call. Never a made-up number.
Books real appointments.
It offers only the times you actually have open, books the slot, and the customer gets the same confirmation email as an online booking. Deposit required? It says so and texts the pay link.
Knows when to hand off.
A custom job, a complaint, someone who won’t give a name: it takes a message and texts you right away, instead of guessing. You decide which services it may book and which need you first.
This is what your customers hear.
A typical call, word for word as the log shows it to the owner afterwards. Names changed.
Three steps. You do one of them.
We set it up.
Send your service menu, or a photo of your flyer. We load it, give the receptionist a local number in your area code, and pick the voice and name with you. Usually within one business day.
You forward the calls you miss.
One code dialed once on your phone, for example **004*<number>#. Your phone still rings first. Only what you don’t pick up goes to the receptionist. Your number stays yours.
You get the text.
Booked, or a message with the caller’s number and what they wanted. Every call sits in your portal with the recording and the full conversation, so you can check any of it.
Both answer the calls you miss, quote your real prices and hours, and text you what happened. One of them books the appointment too.

How this compares to the receptionists in your feed.
Most of the receptionists advertised at $49 a month answer the phone, take a message and text you a link. If you want one that actually books the job, that is usually the next plan up, somewhere between $129 and $149.
Ours starts at $60 because the booking page comes with it, and because the receptionist reads your real menu. A caller gets a price, not a promise that someone will call back. The version that puts the job on your calendar is $120. When the minutes run out it keeps answering at 25 cents a minute; some of the others charge up to 48 cents, and the ones staffed by people charge by the call.
